This application is intended for professionals utilizing FamileoPro within care facilities who already have authorized access to the platform.

The FamileoPro application facilitates seamless communication by enabling users to send messages to residents' families' Famileo accounts and to access information related to residents and the care environment. Consistent with its web counterpart, the app supports multiple user roles, including administrator, regular user, and contributor.

Famileo has established a significant presence, with over 3,000 care settings, 1.5 million individual users, and 220,000 families engaged on the platform.

Features are detailed as follows:

• DASHBOARD

Depending on predefined user roles, access to various sections is tailored on the home screen. Users operating across multiple care settings under a single login can effortlessly switch between environments.

• COMMUNICATION

The application supports three types of messages:

1. Message to all: This broadcast is visible to all families subscribed to Famileo, ideal for community-wide updates displayed on the Community Wall.
2. Group messages: Messages targeted at selected residents or specific resident groups.
3. Personal message: Direct communication restricted to a particular family concerning a single resident.

• MESSAGES PENDING

The 'Pending Messages' section displays messages awaiting transmission due to connectivity issues or review process. Users can monitor messages queued for sending when offline, while administrators can review, modify, approve, or decline messages prior to publication.

• INVITING FAMILIES

The app streamlines inviting families by allowing users to send digital invitations that grant residents' relatives access to shared messages.

• COMMUNITY AND RESIDENT WALLS

Users can browse historical messages posted on the Community Wall or those associated with specific families. Administrators possess privileges to modify or delete these entries.

• RESIDENTS’ LIST AND PROFILES

The platform provides access to lists of active and inactive residents along with detailed profiles. Family codes can be retrieved and communicated efficiently for direct contact.

• RESIDENT GROUPS

Users can create and manage resident groups, view their status (active/inactive), and see group descriptions. Communication features enable sending targeted messages to selected groups. Administrative privileges include creating, activating, and deactivating groups.

• COMMUNITY PROFILE

Administrators can review care setting information displayed for families; however, editing capabilities are currently restricted.
